At Mk Socks, we want to ensure your performance never slips, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused athletic gear. If your socks don't provide the perfect fit for your training, we are here to make it right.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed, unworn socks in their original packaging with all hangtags attached to ensure they are eligible for processing.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
